Modifications
Modifications, or mods for short, are items which can be applied on armour. They grant bonus stats and form the core of strengthening your armour.
Tiers
There are 4 tiers a modification can have. Lower tiers are the weakest and the higher the tier the better the stats. Do be aware that all modifications can't be replaced nor removed, so binding one to your armour would mean it's stuck there forever. Some modifications only have one tier.
Applying Modifications
To apply modifications, simply drag the desired modification onto your armour piece (which must not be equipped). Most armour pieces have two modification slots, one for armour and one for specialization. Armour modifications grant armour and specialization modifications grant unique bonus stats.
Obtainability
Modifications must be bought from modification vendors which can primarily be found on The Vestige. Most modifications require a huge amount of metals and a large sum of credits. Because of this and the inability to remove or replace modifications on armour, players tend to spare up for the best tier.
