The Chagrian are an amphibious humanoid species native to the world of Champala. Although they are an aquatic breed, they are quite different from the Nautolans. They have two large tentacles going down their shoulders that end in brown horns. They have two horns on the top of their head as well.  Chagrians had forked tongues and would flicker them in a gesture of authority.
