Zucca Boar

Zucca Boars are a species of pig native to Tatooine. Although they have a rather muscular body and a size greater than that of a Womp Rat, they are seen as very easy prey to both predator animals and sentient beings. Unlike most boars, Zucca Boars have three tusks instead of two. The reason behind this evolutionary feature is unknown however.

Duststalker

Duststalkers are arachnids native to the planet Tatooine. Compared to other hostile spiders, the Duststalker is relatively small, but its extreme speed and agility make it a frightening sight. Its eyes can not withstand the light of the sun, which is the reason why they only live inside or underground: once they find a dark place to settle in, they never leave.

Sand Bat

Sand Bats are a species of bats native to desert planets such as Tatooine. They are nocturnal creatures, and come outside during the night to hunt their prey. Usually a Sand Bat hunts for small creatures such as Womp Rats or Zucca Boars, but in the past it has been recorded that Sand Bats are capable of taking down larger prey such as Dewbacks and Rancors. Their venom is also used by Tusken Raiders, who cover their gaderffii's with its venom.

Tuskan Raider

Tusken Raiders, or Sand People, are a culture of nomadic, sentients native to Tatooine. Although their lifestyle is considered primitive by many, they can be considered a threat to travellers. Traveling travellers in their eyes are seen as hostile invaders, which can lead to nasty situations. They fight with a melee weapon called the gaderffii, which is either tipped in Sand Bat venom or covered in spikes. Some Tuskens are also quite proficient with a blaster sniper, although, those are less common.

Dewback

Thick-skinned reptiles native to the planet Tatooine. Their thick scaly hide protects them from dust storms and the heat of the binary suns, which makes them excellent animals to use for burden or transportation. They lick the morning dew from their backs with their tongues, which are culinary on Tatooine, hence their name: Dewback.

Bantha

Banthas are large mammals covered in shaggy fur and with a pair of spiraling horns. These herbivore peaceful animals live in herds and can weigh up to 4,000 kilograms. Banthas are considered special in the Tusken culture: they are seen as good companions and mounts for travel, and are even known to commit suicide when their owner dies before they do. Other sentient beings however see the Bantha for other purposes, such as their meat for food, their fur for clothes or decoration, and their blue coloured milk for consuming purposes.

Rancor

Rancors are large reptilian carnivores originally native to the planet Dathomir. However, due to the releases of it on other planets, the Rancor has become a more common sight on planets other than Dathomir, such as Tatooine, Korriban and Felucia. Although its mouth is full of razor-sharp teeth, it usually eats its smaller prey by swallowing it whole. Its skin is so tough that it can withstand blaster fire with ease too, making it the ultimate killing machine.
